Demetria “Dee” Jordan is a keynote speaker, author, entrepreneur, coach, and Realtor® known for helping women identify the one shift needed to move into their next level of greatness. With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience, she has coached and mentored nearly one hundred entrepreneurs while leading workshops, facilitating groups, and speaking on faith, mindset, purpose, leadership, and transformation. After championing blood cancer and undergoing a life-altering bone marrow transplant, Dee discovered a deeper truth: real transformation begins from the inside out. That journey now shapes her message, her platforms, and her work. Dee is also the author of Faith is Calling: Will You Answer? and has been featured as a speaker, facilitator, panelist, and trainer across a variety of business, leadership, and community platforms. She is a former certiHied OPI Educator, former facilitator for the Entrepreneurship Academy at LAUNCH CHA, and has received multiple honors for her excellence in business. Today, Demetria also serves as a Realtor® with Keller Williams Greater Chattanooga, where she helps clients navigate meaningful life transitions and build wealth, freedom, and legacy through real estate. Whether she is speaking, coaching, facilitating, or serving clients through real estate, Dee’s mission is the same: to help people live W.E.L.L. (Whole. Elevated. Liberated. Loved.), build intentionally, and create a life that will outlive them. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dee has been married to her husband Ternae Jordan, Jr. for 16 years and they have one daughter, Deanna.
